Loved the room, it felt modern and clean, with a great smell of freshly baked cakes. The breakfast was fresh and had local ingredients. The location was perfect, as it was close to parks, mountains, the city, and the beach, all at an excellent price.

Some of the staff could have been nicer during our stay. We were billed for items we did not use, and when we objected, the response was rude and unhelpful.

My Christmas at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh local products and the rooms were always clean. The location was perfect, with all the main attractions within walking distance. It was great to have a private day tour, where we explored the area without feeling rushed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in suggesting great restaurants and activities to do in the area.

The limited parking available, which meant we had to park further away. the noise from the aircon in the room was a bit of a disturbance at night.
